Troubleshooting on Roku
Updated over a week ago

Sometimes your Roku device may have problems working properly. If your Roku device isn't working, a simple restart can often fix the problem. If these steps are not enough to resolve the issue, a software restart will be required. Below are three things to do that can help troubleshoot your Roku device:

Option 1: Power Reset

  1. Unplug the TV and the Roku power cord.

  2. Let the Roku remain without power for 5 minutes.

  3. Plug the power cord back into the power outlet of all devices.

  4. Turn on the TV.

  5. After these steps, enter the Fanatiz app again

  6. We recommend you log out and log in by logging into the app again.

Option 2: Network reboot

  1. If there were any recent changes to your Wi-Fi network, restart your device and try again.

  2. After restarting your network, enter the Fanatiz app again

  3. We recommend you log out and enter by logging into the app again

Option 3: Restart the software

Roku® streaming devices are designed to ensure you always run the latest software version. Your Roku device will check for software available to download during initial setup, each time the Roku device is turned on, and then randomly every 24 to 36 hours. The download and installation are carried out automatically without interrupting the use of the Roku device.
