How to change the payment method will depend on the platform from which you subscribed to Fanatiz. In the following you will find out how to change the payment method through the web. In case you have subscribed through Google Play or the App Store, you must follow the steps of the provider in question.

To check where you subscribed follow these steps:

  1. Login to your account (on a computer click "Login" in the top corner, on a cell phone press the three lines on the left and then select "Login").

  2. Go to your profile (on a computer click on "Profile" in the top corner, on a cell phone press the three lines on the left and then select "Profile").

  3. In the section "Current Plan"-> "Payment Information" you should be able to see where you subscribed:

Change the method of payment via web:

  • Login to your account www.fanatiz.com (on the computer you will find "Login" in the upper corner, on the mobile you will find "Login" in the menu of the three bars on the left).

  • Click on "Profile" (on the computer you will find "Profile" in the top corner, on the mobile you will find "Profile" in the menu of the three bars on the left).

  • Go to "Add a new card" in the "payment information" section.

  • Enter the information for the new card.

Once you have entered the new card, you must delete the old card by clicking on the trash symbol next to the card you had previously.

You have already updated your card details.
