If you are thinking of canceling your subscription, remember that you also have the option to pause your account for a while before canceling. You can review all of the information on how to pause the service here.
There are different cancelation methods depending on the platform you used to subscribe to Fanatiz.
To check what platform you used to subscribe and know how to cancel your account, follow these steps:
Visit www.fanatiz.com.
Log in to your account (If you’re using a computer, click on “Log in” in the top-right corner. In a cell phone, tap the three lines in the top-left corner. Then select “Continue”).
Go to your profile (in a computer, click on “Profile,” located in the top-right corner. In a mobile device, click the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner and select “Profile”).
In the section “Payment Information,” under Payment Method, you’ll be able to see the platform you used to subscribe by reviewing the following chart:

If you subscribed using our webpage through a computer or mobile device:

Go to your profile (in a computer, click on “Profile,” located in the top-right corner. In a mobile device, click the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner and select “Profile”).
Click on "Manage Subscriptions.” Then, on “Cancel Subscription"
If you subscribed through another application or device, visit their website to cancel your subscription.
