How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, there are two factors to consider: In addition, timing is crucial to ensure that cancellation requests are processed before charges are incurred.

  1. If you purchased the subscription from an app store like Apple, Roku, or Google Play, you will need to manage the cancellation through the subscription manager of that store.

Important: Subscriptions with automatic debit are not canceled by logging out or deleting the app from your devices. Please contact our Contact Center team, who will be happy to guide you. Additionally, you must ensure that cancellations are completed at least 24 hours before the renewal date to prevent any unintended charges.

Automated Renewal and Timing Guidelines

Fanatiz subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless they are canceled in advance. For seamless processing, make sure to complete your cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the renewal period.

2. If you subscribed on our website via computer or mobile device: Ensure to cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid any additional charges.

  • Log in.

  • Select the "My Profile" option in the tab with your name.

  • Click on the menu: Plans and Payment Method - Manage Plan.

  • Select the option: Cancel Subscription. A brief questionnaire will appear asking for the reason, and once you provide the reason, the "Cancel Subscription" button will become available.
