To cancel your subscription, there are two factors to consider:
If you purchased the subscription from an app store like Apple, Roku, or Google Play, you will need to manage the cancellation through the subscription manager of that store.
Important: Subscriptions with automatic debit are not canceled by logging out or deleting the app from your devices. Please contact our Contact Center team, who will be happy to guide you.

2. If you subscribed on our website via computer or mobile device:
Visit www.fanatiz.com
Log in.
Select the "My Profile" option in the tab with your name.
Click on the menu: Plans and Payment Method - Manage Plan.
Select the option: Cancel Subscription. A brief questionnaire will appear asking for the reason, and once you provide the reason, the "Cancel Subscription" button will become available.
