How do I pause my Subscription?

You can now pause your monthly or yearly subscription for 60 days. During this period, you will not be charged. Your subscription will resume automatically after 60 days or you can resume your subscription at any time during this period. Keep in mind that you can only pause your account once.

When your account is reactivated, we will credit your account with the prorated amount of the month you already paid which will complete the credit in your account for a full month of service.

To pause your subscription follow these steps:

  • Click on "Enter" in the upper right corner

  • Login with your email and password

  • Click on "Profile" in the upper right corner

  • Select "Manage subscriptions"

  • Select the plan you want to pause and click the "Pause Subscription" button

  • Click "Confirm" in the validation box

  • Click "OK" in the confirmation box.
