There's a critical step in the process of your subscription made through the Google Play Store. To guarantee access to your content, it is essential to complete the activation under the following conditions:
3-Day Deadline: Once the purchase is made on Google Play, you have a maximum period of 72 hours (3 days) to log into the Fanatiz app.
Mandatory Activation: You must log in to the app using the same device that was used to make the purchase. Upon entering, the system will recognize the Google receipt and link the subscription to your Fanatiz account.
Automatic Cancellation: If you do not log in within the aforementioned period, Google Play's security systems will automatically cancel the subscription and issue a full refund, causing you to lose access to the content immediately.
What should you do now?
Simply ensure that you open the Fanatiz app before the 3-day window from your purchase expires and verify that you are correctly logged in.
Note: We cannot halt this automatic refund process if the deadline expires, as it is a strict policy enforced by the app store to protect your payment if no service usage is detected.
