Hello! If you're having trouble logging in, don't worry. Let's review the 3 most common reasons.
1. Are you using the correct login METHOD?
This is the most common mistake. The way you log in must be the same one you used when you created your account.
If you signed up using the Google button → You ALWAYS must log in using the "Continue with Google" button.
If you signed up using the Apple button → You ALWAYS must log in using the "Continue with Apple" button.
If you signed up with Email and Password → You must use the regular email and password fields.
2. Are you using the correct EMAIL?
Sometimes we have several email accounts. Make sure you are using the same email you used to pay for the subscription.
If you use Apple: Make sure it's the correct Apple ID. If you have multiple Apple accounts, the subscription is only on the one you used to pay.
3. Did you log in, but it's asking you to "Buy a Plan"?
If this happens, it's definitive proof: you successfully logged in, but to the wrong account (an account that doesn't have the paid plan). The account that does have the active plan is a different one.

Last 4 digits of the card.
Expiration date.
Cardholder's name.
If you paid through the GOOGLE or APPLE store:
A screenshot of the last invoice or receipt they sent to your email.
