How can I logout from all the devices?

Logout

Updated this week

We'd be happy to explain in detail how you can log out of your account on other devices.

It’s important for you to know that we do not have a single "Log Out Everywhere" button. The method we use is a bit different, as it works by forcing a security update on your account.

To do this, just follow these steps in order. You'll see it's simple!

Step 1: Log in to our Website

First, you need to go to our official website https://watch.fanatiz.com/ (this process cannot be done from the mobile or TV app). We recommend doing this from a computer.

Step 2: Change Your Password

Log in with your current email and password.

Once inside, look for the "My Profile" or "Account Settings" section.

Find the option that says "Change Password" and follow the instructions to create a new one. (Make sure it's one you'll remember!)

By changing your password, you are telling our system to initiate a security protocol.

Step 3: The Key Step (Log in twice)

Here comes the most important part for the system to understand that it needs to close the old sessions:

Once your new password is confirmed, log out on that computer.

Now, log back in with your NEW password on at least two different devices. (For example: you can log in first on your computer and then on your cell phone).

What happens when you do this?

By changing the password and then logging in on two different devices, our security system activates.

For protection, the system detects these new entries and automatically disconnects (logs out) the oldest devices where your account was still open with the old password.

In summary (the easy part): The "trick" is: 1. Change your password and 2. Log in in two different places. By doing that, you manage to "push" and disconnect the older devices you had connected.

We hope this detailed guide is a great help to you! If you get confused on any step or something doesn't work as expected, don't hesitate to contact us again.

Have an excellent afternoon!
