All refund requests at Fanatiz are rigorously evaluated based on our Terms and Conditions of Service. Fanatiz applies specific criteria to each request to determine whether a refund is appropriate.

To expedite and complete this evaluation, it is essential that you provide us with the following detailed information in our chat:

  • Full name

  • Email address you used to subscribe to our service.

  • Screenshots of the invoice to be refunded.

  • The last 4 digits of the card used to make the payment.

  • The expiration date of the card used to make the payment.

  • Brand: (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.)

  • Bank.
