Refund Policy: Criteria and Evaluation


All refund requests at Fanatiz are rigorously evaluated. Based on our Terms and Conditions of Service, Fanatiz applies specific criteria to each request to determine whether or not a refund is appropriate.

Our team will review your case individually in accordance with this policy.

Standard No Refund Policy


Fanatiz generally does not provide refunds or credits for cancellations of memberships or subscriptions. This includes:

  • Partially used subscription periods.

  • Content that has not been viewed.

Exception (7-Day Guarantee)

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider a refund under the following conditions:

  • The application must be submitted within the first 7 calendar days from the date of your first subscription.

Refund Calculation: The final amount will be calculated after deducting the transaction's operating costs and a proration for the number of days elapsed from the subscription date to the refund request date.

Without prejudice to our standard policy, Fanatiz reserves the right to grant refunds, discounts, or other compensation (referred to as "Credits") to all or some of our members, if there are reasonable and justifiable reasons to do so.

The decision, amount, and form of these Credits are granted at our sole discretion.

No Refund Policy: PPV


Pay-per-view (PPV) and on-demand content purchases are final transactions. Due to their digital nature and immediate access, these purchases are not eligible for refunds or cancellations once they have been made.
