How to avoid charges during the Free Month
To ensure your one-month trial of our Front Row is completely free, you must actively manage your subscription.
Required Action: It is essential that you identify the trial end date and cancel the service before that date. Failure to do so will result in your subscription being automatically renewed and the full amount charged.
Below are the steps to proceed with the cancellation:
Step 1: Login to the Platform
Log in with your credentials at https://watch.fanatiz.com/. Once inside, click the "Profile" icon.
Step 2: Access Subscription Management
Once in the "Account" section of your profile, follow the path:
➡️ Select the "Plans and Payment Method" option.
➡️ Click the "Manage plan" button to access your subscription settings.
Step 3: Cancellation Confirmation
Once you're inside your plan management, scroll to the bottom and click the "Cancel subscription" button.
Step 4: Confirm the Reason
You will be asked to choose an option to justify your cancellation. To ensure you don't incur any renewal charges, please clearly state in more detail that you are canceling the trial to avoid being charged.
(Example: "I do not wish to continue with the paid subscription.")
Click "Cancel subscription"
