How can I log in to Fanatiz if I am a ClaroVTR customer?

- You have two login options: Landing and Home.

- From the Landing page: https://fanatiz.com/, you can access it from the following banner by clicking the "Access with ClaroVTR" button:

- From our Home page: https://watch.fanatiz.com/register by clicking the "Log in with provider" button:

2. What do I do once I'm logged in?

- When you log in with your provider, the second step is to select your internet, mobile, or TV provider: Claro o VTR.

- If you are a Claro customer, select the CLARO option and log in by entering your RUT and the password for your contract with the provider. If you do not have a virtual branch account, you can create one by clicking "Register Here".

- If you are a VTR customer, select the VTR option and log in by entering your RUT number and the password from your contract with the provider. If you do not have a virtual branch account, you can create one by clicking "Register Here".

3. I've already entered my credentials for my provider's virtual branch. What steps do I need to follow?

- Once you've entered your provider's credentials, enter your email address. Remember, it must be a valid email address and you must be using it:

- Create your account: By completing the requested fields and accepting the terms of use:

- Once you register your account, a code will be sent to the email you registered:

- To complete your process, activate the code by clicking the "Activate" button.

- Done, your registration has been successful, and you're now affiliated with us, ready to enjoy the best sports content we have for you!
